Only one of these, the Antalya entry, has a website address that carries the brand name "Dental Design Turkey". The other two are in different towns: one shows "Dental Design" in its English display name and one carries "Dental Design" in its registered name, and the website recorded on each does not carry the "Dental Design Turkey" brand. Nothing in the register links the three to each other. Do not assume which one a quote refers to. The ST number on the clinic's certificate decides it.
