No. Clinimora investigates accessible sources; it does not communicate with clinics on the patient's behalf.
What if something cannot be verified?
The report identifies the limitation. It does not convert missing information into a negative finding.
Can a clinic influence my report?
Clinics do not pay for findings, endorsements or treatment referrals. Factual corrections are tracked as corrections.

- Medical quality, treatment results or a doctor's clinical skill. A report is an information service, not medical advice.
- That a clinic is safe, or a recommendation of any clinic or treatment.
- That every fact can be established: what the available evidence cannot settle is reported as unresolved.
- That records stay as they were: registers can change after the research date given in the report.
Delivery
We start when your payment for a named clinic is confirmed. The report is delivered in your Clinimora account.
If a source we rely on (a register entry, a document, a page the clinic has not yet published) is not available by then, you receive the report with those items marked Pending and a free update when it becomes available.
Refunds and cancellation
Every purchase is final: there is no refund or cancellation after purchase. If a clinic cannot be investigated (for example, it is not on the official register), your payment is used for another clinic of your choice. Payments are handled by Stripe.
