Reading the site
The register pages need no account. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the technical data any web request carries (IP address, browser, the page asked for) to deliver and protect the site. No analytics or advertising tag is loaded on these pages today; if one is ever added, this page will say so first.
What you give us
- An account — your email address and a password, to sign in.
- A research order — the clinics and preferences you ask us to research (for example city, budget, language) and your contact details, so the report can be prepared and delivered. Card payments are taken by Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers.
- A correction report or a document — what you type into the report or submission form, and an email address if you want a reply.
- Clinic services — for clinic staff, the account and profile details the clinic provides.
We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses or health history, and a research order does not need them. Please do not send them to us.
Why we use it
To provide what you asked for (an account, a report, a correction, a clinic service), to keep the site secure and free of abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile may check a form submission for bots), and to keep the records the law requires for payments. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to clinics.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and object to or ask us to restrict its use. Write to hello@clinimora.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
