Every year people fly to Türkiye for treatment and choose a clinic from a website, a social media account or a message from a coordinator. None of those can be checked. One thing can: whether the facility holds the Ministry of Health's International Health Tourism Authorisation, and what the document behind it says.
clinimora.com publishes that, for 4,346 facilities across 60 provinces, alongside 8,271 official documents mirrored from the Ministry's own systems and 6,402 of them republished as signed, machine-readable credentials.
What this site is
- A register directory. It shows what the Ministry of Health records, and the document behind it.
- A time series. The state portal shows only today; we keep what we saw on every previous day, so a facility entering or leaving the register is visible.
- A verification tool. An authorisation number can be searched directly, and every mirrored document carries the SHA-256 of the file we downloaded.
What Clinimora is
Clinimora is an independent, patient-funded clinic investigation and due-diligence service in Türkiye, supported by a free, source-backed public clinic directory. Clinimora is an independent research service. It is not a medical provider and not a government site.
- Investigations for patients. Before you commit to a clinic, we investigate it on your behalf: the clinic, its doctors, their licences and authorisations, the business identities behind them, relevant past records, documented complaints and the claims that can be checked. Packages: Deep Clinic Investigation, Compare 5 Clinics, Compare 10 Clinics and the Independent Clinic Shortlist — see investigations.
- Turkish sources and authorities. Our research team is in Türkiye, reads Turkish-language sources and official records, and, when needed, sends information requests to the Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorates, USHAŞ and professional chambers. Every request and every reply appears in your report with its date. An authority may not reply; Clinimora has no official partnership with any authority and never implies government approval.
- The public directory. The official register record, the mirrored documents, their history and the source of every fact are free for every reader — see the clinic directory.
What this site is not
- Not a quality assessment of care. The register records a permission; it does not grade care. Lists are ordered by register data only, the ordering rule is stated on the page that uses it, and you can change it.
- Not for sale to clinics. Clinics cannot pay Clinimora for anything: no fees, advertising, sponsorship or referral commissions. Clinics cannot pay for ranking, and no finding, ranking or verification result is for sale. The “Clinimora Document Checked” badge is free and given to every clinic on the same published criteria (see the methodology); it states what was checked, when, and its scope.
- Not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that any clinic is safe or that any treatment will succeed. We never ask for a diagnosis, medical records or health details we do not need.
- Not a booking agent and not a medical provider. No appointment is made, no treatment is sold, and no enquiry is passed to any clinic.
- Not the Ministry. This is an independent site. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.
Why it can be checked
Everything here is traceable to a source you can open yourself. The methodology sets out how records are collected, matched and updated; data sources lists every source with its address and its limits; corrections explains how to get something fixed. If a page states a number, that number is read from the database as the page is built, not typed into the text.
Who runs this
clinimora.com is published by ITEXPERT24 LTD, a private company limited by shares registered at Companies House, England and Wales under number 17110917, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
The company is not a healthcare provider and is not registered in Türkiye. Its only income is the research patients buy; no clinic is its customer, and no clinic pays it for anything. To reach us about a record, use the report form; what happens after that is set out under corrections.
Guides
Alongside the register there are 96 written guides on checking a clinic, reading the official documents, and what to do if something goes wrong. They are written and reviewed by the editorial team and carry their sources.
