Four published lists of authorised facilities — hospitals, medical centres, private practices and other health facilities — with name, province, facility type, address and telephone. Used first as a cross-check on the portal and then, where a facility appears here and nowhere in the portal, as a secondary listing source under the conservative matching rules in the methodology — which is how 316 records come to be published with no portal entry. It carries no authorisation number, no clinicians and no documents, so records sourced from it are thinner and are marked as such. What no source here can tell you
None of the above describes the quality of treatment at any facility. The register records that a facility is permitted to treat international patients. Whether a particular treatment plan is right for you, and whether a particular clinician is the right person to carry it out, are clinical questions that no register answers.
