Clinimora investigates clinics on behalf of patients, who are its only customers. The clinic panel is free: it lets you keep your record accurate and answer what an investigation found.
Clinics cannot pay Clinimora for anything.
No fees, no advertising, no sponsorship and no referral commissions. No positive finding, ranking or verification result is for sale, and no payment from anyone changes one.
What the free clinic panel offers
Claim your record
Prove you manage the facility and get access to its record in the clinic panel.
Upload documents
Send your licence, operating permit, insurance or accreditation. Staff check each one against its issuing source.
Suggest profile corrections
Contact details, languages and services. Every suggestion is moderated, then shown apart from the register and labelled as provided by the clinic.
Respond to findings
Where an investigation shares a finding with you, send an explanation or an objection. Staff review it, and a report can include it, dated, as the clinic's response.
The Document Checked badge
Free, and given to every clinic on the same criteria published in the methodology. It states the check date, the documents checked and the scope.
What no clinic can do
Change an official register fact. The register is the Ministry's; we report it as published.
Change, remove or soften an independent finding or a report's conclusion.
Move a clinic up a list, a shortlist or a comparison.
See a patient's identity or the investigations that do not concern your facility.
