We follow the evidence, not the advertising.
What happens between naming the clinic you are considering and reading a documented investigation of it.
Tell us which clinic
Use the free directory or name the clinic you were offered. We identify the facility behind the name before treating two names as the same place.
We research and cross-check
We read accessible official records, documents and the clinic's public claims, and compare them. What we cannot obtain stays marked as open.
Read what we found
Your report sets out the findings, the source of each one, the limits and the questions that remain. You make the choice; we never pick a clinic for you.
What we check
Clinics do not all hold the same records or publish the same information. The report describes the evidence actually obtained for each topic.
Facility identity
Which registered facility the name, brand or website belongs to, and its health-tourism authorisation entry.
Licence and premises
The operating licence, the entity it names and the address it covers.
Operator, brand and intermediary
The company behind the clinic, its trading brand and any agency, kept apart unless evidence links them.
Doctors and the register
The doctors the clinic names, compared with public professional-register entries.
Treatments and facility scope
The treatments the clinic advertises, set against what its facility type and documents cover.
Prices, payee and quotes
Who your written quote names and who would receive your payment, where you share the quote.
Warranties and aftercare
What the clinic discloses about guarantees, complications and follow-up care.
What we cannot guarantee
- A report is not medical advice and does not say whether a treatment is right for you.
- No report guarantees a medical outcome or that a clinic is safe.
- Private records, contracts and authority replies are not always available; when they are not, the report says so.
- A doctor's name in a professional register does not show who will treat you or how skilled they are.
- A register entry has a date. The register can change after the date we read it.
- We do not contact the clinic, and we do not book, refer or sell treatment.
How evidence is labelled
A label never claims more than the evidence it rests on; a missing document or an unanswered point is shown as not established, never as adverse.
A dated entry in one official register. On its own it is not proof of current standing or of permission for your procedure.
A second, independent record matches, or the issuing authority confirmed the fact. The evidence names the source.
A company is named on a licence copy. That alone does not prove who operates the clinic today.
The clinic or its agent says so; nothing independent confirms it yet.
We looked and could not establish it either way. Missing evidence is not a negative finding.
Sources disagree and the disagreement is not resolved. The report shows both.
No report carries a score. The method behind the labels is set out in the methodology.
Questions patients ask
Is this a recommendation of the clinic?
No. A report is information prepared from the sources it lists, as they stood on the dates it gives. It is not medical advice, not a recommendation of any clinic and not a recommendation to undergo any treatment.
Do you contact the clinic?
No. Clinimora does not contact clinics on a patient's behalf. We work from records, documents and the clinic's own public claims, plus anything you choose to share with us, such as a written quote.
How long does it take?
Your report is delivered in your Clinimora account. Our terms: "A price and a delivery time are binding only where they are shown on the plan at the time you order."
What if records are missing?
The report says what could not be established and why. A missing document or an unanswered point is shown as not established, never as adverse.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No. Our terms: "Every purchase is final." and "There is no refund or cancellation after purchase." If the clinic you name cannot be investigated, the terms provide that the purchase is used for another clinic. Read the terms
Can clinics pay Clinimora?
No. Clinics cannot pay Clinimora for anything: not for a report, a finding, a placement or a referral. A clinic can claim its record free of charge and suggest factual corrections, but cannot change an independent finding. Clinimora for clinics
Is the free directory a ranking?
No. The directory lists facilities we can match to official Ministry of Health sources. A listing is not a recommendation or proof of treatment quality, and the directory gives no clinic a score.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to receive a report. The report is delivered in your Clinimora account, where you can read it and the evidence behind each finding. Searching the directory and reading guides needs no account.
