Check your Turkish clinic before you pay a deposit — free
Name the clinic you have chosen. We check it against Türkiye's official records — the Ministry of Health list, the licence, the company behind it and its doctors — and give you the report. Your first investigation is free: we are new, and we want you to see what an independent check finds before you pay anything to a clinic.
Is the licence on the Ministry's list?
The clinic itself, or an agency?

What you get
A report you can check line by line
Each finding names the record it rests on, the date we read it and what it does not prove. Here is how a report is laid out, and an excerpt from our sample.
What the records tell usA short overview: what we established from records, and what is still to clarify.
Who is behind this clinic? The name you see, the registered facility, the company named as licence holder and any possible intermediary, each with its own evidence.
Doctors and treatmentThe doctors the clinic names, what public professional registers show for them, and where the licensed premises are.
Before you payThe prices, warranty and aftercare terms we could and could not find, and the questions worth asking in writing.
Evidence libraryEvery source with its date, what it shows and what it does not establish. The report downloads as a PDF.

These are public records anyone could search, in principle. In practice they sit in separate Turkish-language systems, often under a different name from the brand you see. We match them for you.
The Ministry of Health's health-tourism register
Whether the facility is listed as authorised for international patients, under which registered name and authorisation number.
A dated listing shows the entry existed when we read it; it does not grade care.
Its prices, warranty and aftercare statements, compared with what the records show.
What a clinic says about itself is reported as its statement, not as a fact.
We check public official records. We are not part of, partnered with or approved by the Ministry of Health or any other authority.
What we look out for
The gaps a website and five-star reviews cannot close
We confirm favourable facts as readily as gaps. Whatever the records cannot settle stays marked as unresolved; it is never turned into a verdict.
The brand is not the name on the licenceThe website name, the registered facility and the licence-holding company can all differ. We trace which record connects them.A different name is not proof of anything wrong; it tells you who signs and who is paid.
Not found on the Ministry's listWe report whether the facility appears on the authorised health-tourism list on the day we look, under which name. Not found means not found in that list on that date — never "does not exist".
You are talking to an agency, not the clinicA coordinator, a marketing company and the treating facility can be separate businesses. We show which is which.Shared phone numbers are reported as a shared contact only.
Doctors without a matching register entryNames on the team page are searched in the public professional registers.A register entry does not show where a doctor works or that they would treat you.
Several branches, separate licencesGroups often run several premises, each with its own licence. We compare the licensed address with the address the clinic publishes.Matching addresses identify the licensed premises, not where your treatment will happen.
No one named to receive your depositWe note whether any public source names the company or account that takes your money, and what the warranty and aftercare pages actually say.Your own written quote or invoice is what finally shows who you pay.

Why trust us
We work for you, not for the clinic
Paid for by patients, not by clinics.Clinics cannot pay for a finding and no clinic pays us a commission. We do not sell treatment or recommend clinics.
The clinic is not told.We do not contact the clinic about your order and pass nothing to it.
Researchers in Türkiye. Our researchers work in Türkiye and read the records in Turkish.
Every finding has a source.Dated, named and limited: you can see what each record shows and what it does not.

Questions
Before you decide
Why not just search for it myself?
Search results mostly show the clinic's own marketing and reviews. The official records are in Turkish, spread over separate systems, and often filed under a legal name you have never seen. We find and match them, and give you the date and source of each one.
Will the clinic know I asked?
No. We do not contact the clinic, and nothing about you or your order is passed to it.
Is it really free?
Yes. Your first clinic investigation is free once you sign in with your e-mail address. It is the same full investigation and report as a paid one. One free investigation per person; each further clinic is £29.
What if my clinic is not on the list?
Choose "My clinic isn't listed" and give us what you have: its name and city, plus its website, e-mail, phone or social account. We investigate it with those details, and it can be your free investigation. If a clinic cannot be investigated at all, you name another clinic instead.
What if you cannot find something?
The report says so and names the limit. Missing information is never turned into a negative finding, and a record that does not exist yet is marked Pending.
Will you tell me the clinic is safe?
No. We do not judge medical quality or results and we do not recommend clinics. We show who you would be dealing with and what the records do and do not confirm, so the decision stays yours.
Can I get a refund?
Every purchase is final: there is no refund or cancellation after purchase. The report is an information service, not medical advice, and records can change after the research date it gives. The full terms are on the pricing page.
