Name the clinic, submit, and follow each case to its source-backed report.
Questions
What is checked?
Exactly the scope of the level you buy. Each pass is one investigation of one clinic at that level:
- Quick Check: One clinic; Its official records re-checked by a person; Company and facility identity matched; A short report on any inconsistencies we see; Automation-assisted
- Clinic Investigation: One clinic, human-checked research (about 1.5–2 hours); Official records; Current authorisations; Commercial identity; Publicly verifiable doctor information; Documented inconsistencies
- Deep Investigation: One clinic and its doctors, researched in detail; Authorisations and their scope, professional registrations, business identity, documented records; Information requests to Turkish authorities where needed
- Compare 5 Clinics: Standard checks on the five clinics you name; A comparison of the five
- Compare 10 Clinics: Standard checks on the ten clinics you name; A comparison of the ten
- Find My Clinics: A shortlist of clinics researched against your preferences: city, budget, language; Not a treatment recommendation
What is not checked?
- Clinic Investigation: Official correspondence with authorities; Comprehensive background research
- Medical quality, treatment results or a doctor's clinical skill. A report is an information service. It is not medical advice and does not guarantee any medical outcome.
- Confidential inspection data. We cannot guarantee that an authority replies.
- Anything after the research date: records can change after the report is delivered.
How do you verify?
We read official registers and documents ourselves and record where each fact came from and the date we checked it. Every point in the report carries one evidence status: verified, partly verified, unable to verify, or contradictory. A statement from the clinic is shown as the clinic's own claim, not as a verified fact. A second person, not the author, checks every finding against its source before the report is released. There is never a safe/unsafe badge.
Do I have to name the clinics now?
No. You buy passes first. After payment you start each investigation from your dashboard, one clinic per pass, whenever you are ready. A clinic you add here is only saved as a suggestion.
What happens if a clinic is outside what you can research?
We check the scope before work starts. If we cannot take the request, the pass goes back to your account unused, and we tell you why.
Can a clinic pay to come out better?
No. Clinics cannot pay us for anything — not for a finding, a place in a list, a badge or a referral. Only patients pay for research.
Independence policy
- We do not sell medical treatment, and we do not arrange treatment or bookings for a commission.
- We take no payment from clinics: no advertising fees, sponsorship or referral commissions.
- A positive finding, a ranking or a verification result is never for sale.
- Our only income is the investigations patients buy.
Correspondence with authorities
When a question can only be answered by an institution, our Turkish-speaking team writes to it — for example the Ministry of Health, a Provincial Health Directorate, USHAŞ or a professional chamber. Every letter appears in your file with its date, subject and status, and any answer with its date.
An institution is not obliged to answer, and some do not. A letter never implies a partnership with, or an endorsement by, any authority.
Limits
An investigation records what the sources said on the research date. It cannot guarantee that a clinic is safe or that a treatment will succeed, and records can change after the file is delivered.
This report is an information service. It is not medical advice and does not guarantee any medical outcome.
