If we cannot investigate a clinic

If a clinic cannot be investigated (for example, it is not on the official register), your pass stays yours and is used for another clinic of your choice.

When to expect it

The delivery window of your level starts when you submit the clinic. If a source we rely on (a register entry, a document, a page the clinic has not yet published) is not available by then, you receive the report with those items marked Pending and a free update when it becomes available.

What is not checked?

Medical quality, treatment results or a doctor's clinical skill. A report is an information service, not medical advice, and records can change after the research date.

How do you verify?

We read official registers and documents ourselves and record each source with the date we checked it. Every point carries one status (“Independently verified”, “Stated by the provider”, “Unverified”, “Pending response” or “Contradicted by evidence”; the full list is on the methodology page), and a second person checks it before release.
