A dossier in your dashboard and as a PDF. Every finding sits next to the evidence it rests on, and what we could not confirm is said plainly.

- What the clinic claims, set against the evidence

- What UK aftercare can and cannot rely on

If we cannot investigate a clinic
If a clinic cannot be investigated at the level you bought, the pass is returned to you. You can use it for another clinic, or ask for a full refund of that pass.
When to expect it
The delivery window of your level starts when we accept the scope. If an authority or the clinic has not answered by then, you receive the report with those items marked Pending and a free update when the answer arrives.
How it works
- Pay once with your e-mail. No account, no clinic names, nothing medical.
- Open your dashboard your passes are there as soon as the payment is verified.
- Name a clinic when you are ready and follow it to a source-backed report.

What is checked?
Exactly the scope of the level you choose — open “What's included” above. One pass is one investigation of one clinic at that level.
What is not checked?
Medical quality, treatment results or a doctor's clinical skill. A report is an information service, not medical advice, and records can change after the research date.
How do you verify?
We read official registers and documents ourselves and record each source with the date we checked it. Every point is marked verified, partly verified, unable to verify or contradictory, and a second person checks it before release.
