You name the clinic (or clinics) — a name or a link is enough — and, for a shortlist, your non-medical criteria.

Paid online, or a bank transfer we have confirmed. The investigation starts after this step.

A researcher reads official registers and documents, professional and business records, and writes to Turkish authorities where needed.

A second person, not the author, checks every finding against its source.

What the investigation file shows
Every finding is labelled with exactly one of six classes, and each class is its own section of the file. You always see how solid a finding is.
- Confirmed in official recordsRead by us in an official register or an official document.
- Documented by third partiesRecorded by a court, a regulator's publication, the press or another identifiable third party.
- Unverified claimsClaimed by the clinic or others; we could not verify it either way.
- Unresolved contradictionsSources that disagree, and the disagreement is not resolved.
- Pending authority responseA question put to an authority that has not answered yet.
- Could not be obtainedInformation we looked for and could not reach.
The file also lists every source with the date it was read, every letter to an authority with its status, the questions still awaiting an answer, any clinic response we accepted, and the limits of the conclusions.
Independence policy
- We do not sell medical treatment, and we do not arrange treatment or bookings for a commission.
- We take no payment from clinics: no advertising fees, sponsorship or referral commissions.
- A positive finding, a ranking or a verification result is never for sale.
- Our only income is the investigations patients buy.
Correspondence with authorities
When a question can only be answered by an institution, our Turkish-speaking team writes to it — for example the Ministry of Health, a Provincial Health Directorate, USHAŞ or a professional chamber. Every letter appears in your file with its date, subject and status, and any answer with its date.
An institution is not obliged to answer, and some do not. A letter never implies a partnership with, or an endorsement by, any authority.
Limits
An investigation records what the sources said on the research date. It cannot guarantee that a clinic is safe or that a treatment will succeed, and records can change after the file is delivered.

Is this medical advice?
No. This report is an information service. It is not medical advice and does not guarantee any medical outcome. It records what official sources and identifiable third parties say about a clinic on the research date.
Can a clinic pay to come out better?
No. Clinics cannot pay us for anything — not for a finding, a place in a list, a badge or a referral. Only the patient who orders an investigation pays for it.
Will you contact the clinic?
Where it helps, we may ask the clinic to substantiate a claim. A clinic can send a response through its free clinic panel; we review it, and an accepted response appears in the file with its date. A clinic cannot change official records or our findings.
What do you need from me?
Your name and e-mail and the clinic (or clinics) — a name or a link. When you investigate one clinic you can add the names of the doctors you were told about. For a shortlist: a city, a budget range and a language. Nothing medical, and no file uploads.
How do I pay?
When a service has a published price you can pay by card through Stripe where online payment is switched on, or ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer. The investigation starts once the payment is confirmed.
What if a service says “Request a quote”?
Its price is not fixed yet. Send the request; we set a price for your order and e-mail it to you before any work or payment.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. “Delete my account” in your account closes it at once and removes your personal details within 30 days.
